Quests reset?

Hi, Im about to have my village taken on world 103, will my quests reset once i restart on the rim? or will i be at a disadvantage and have to start from scratch round fresh players that get the boost from the quests?

Quest progress does not continue if you restart, or get nobled, meaning your quest progress resets.

Does the same go for if you use 'delete account' to remove yourself from a world but then later choose to start there again?

Good question, and the answer is, if you delete and rejoin, your quest process resets and you start from the beginning.
