23 CE4LYF --->Strategy seems to be: recruit a lot :)
24 -+DN+- ---> Good tribe from the looks of things

27 ~LW~---> Uhh, doesnt look to promising
28 ~TEK~ --->Look good from the stats
29 T~B~P --->Hate the profile :lol:
30 ~U{}E~--->Around 300 members if you include the academy :/

I'd say at a quick look -+DN+- are the only "passable" tribe there. This answer is only based on a quick look at the names, I haven't checked the profiles/members etc.

You guys are pretty harsh :)
I think a few tribes in the top 20 will be failing before the 21-40 do.

*goes into zen master mode* If a non top tribe fails and no one is around to see it, has it failed?

Seriously though, if a top ten/twenty tribe fails, chances are a lot of people will notice. If a non top tribe fails, few outside of the tribe (and whoever made them fall) will know (or care). Plenty of 21-40 tribes could have failed spectacularly for all we know, but we weren't paying attention. So I'm not sure if I'd agree with that.

despite real probably being biased and only passing BPA:icon_wink: it seems to be close to the concensus. Id probably pass B@sh! too though.

I think based on the overwhelming number of F's and ?'s, it's pretty obvious that nobody really cares about the 21-40.

22 =BPA= -top players have soom good od scores
23 CE4LYF -i hate ths mass recruiting tribe, but they did show ~D~ that they could hold their own(they got bought out of destruction early on by nuka but anyhoo)
24 -+DN+-
25 R. -good players. from the 3 tribes k13 and surrounding area. allright stats, but as most left from nuka i hate them ;)
26 ~TEK~ -dunno if they have the troops to defend their selves
27 T~B~P -some good od
28 Camber -dont think too much of them but dont really know much about any of these except the four k13 ones
29 ~U{}E~ --top players have good od
30 ~LW~ -dont support members. dont think too much of them
31 OMEGAM -dont think much of them
32 INSA -average
33 FAD -look allright(mass recruit?)
34 B@sh! -no
35 *TCK* -look good from od.but perhaps mass recruit
36 *NWR* -on the verge of acceptable
37 NUKA -i like this tribe(surprise surprise) filled with alot of experianced players. but has had some issues due to some people leaving and going inactive(but thats all over now so can only get better)
38 BLITZ! -dont look too good but high points for a low amount of players
39 G.Khan -good tribe, but top players are only active really.--unless its changed in the past 2 weeks
40 ~SA~-no

Please tell me how CE4LY4 showed ~D~ they could hold their own, by mass recruiting even more?

Proberly, they are a mass recruiting tribe which I can't stand. However they have some good players in their leadership.

in their tribe forum they all seemed pretty happy about it... dont ya just love gathering ..'info'? XD i believe they went down early on, but defended fairly well in the latter statges (not that i ever really kept an eye on that war)
