I think they figured that they would be declared on soon anyways so the took the preemptive strike and are also trying to get them fighting multiple wars because they are still using troops on Horde!

That's just my opinion though.

They are but its basically dead. Most of their nobling is internal. Kamarah told me he has account sat over 1 mil points worth of internal nobling recently.
