As for experience, as much as I can be bothered to explain for my experience is in the first post. We also have No I in Threesome, that guy who posted earlier, and dillergaff, who was a baron of -WE- on w7(the tribe that won it). The other guys aren't nearly as experienced, but I know most of them in real life and they've learnt a lot faster because I can just talk to them about TW face to face instead of over skype.
