Fixed Report preview: Some building levels unreadable

When previewing a scout report, some of the building levels are unreadable.

Spoiler: example

screen resolution: 1920 x 1080 (the second most common non-mobile resolution)
window.innerWidth: 1920

Well that could be one of the best things. Many times you are out by phone and want to send a CM or stuff like that and u have to log by browser.

I think it should already be possible to send a CM via the iPhone app, you just have to manually put in the player names separated by a ;. I think we're looking into adding a UI for doing it quickly like on Android/browser.

p.s. bug should be fixed
