Resend the attack is already

- Resend the same amounts of troops ? ( if this option is already implemented by Tw )

- Inform you when the villa that already you attacked with a noble is about to be nobled by other player ( at least an tab near the info of the villa that you currently attack with an noble, advising you when the villa has % morale in this way we players don't lose time to focus on other target since your target villa is taken by other player and no need it to mail and talk with the "competitor" as in many situations for that could start an war or implications
