A lot of people seem to think that points mean something even though they don't except maybe shows other players what type of village you are building.

And for those who think points will help you in the long run, you still have a a lot to learn.

Points do mean something, especially in the long run. I've always been adamantly opposed to sacrificing points to get troops. Even on haul worlds.

that has been the winning condition for every world, it's how the game is played. so no it's not daft, it's tribal wars.

That's daft; It should the tribe with the most ODA or the tribe which gains the most villages.

Why does oda matter? what does it measure? Your enemies inability to dodge more than likely. Points come from taking villages, hence points being what determines who wins.

I haven't won many worlds or seen how HP ends but aren't usually the winning tribe top in ODA and villages anyway?

Gotta have troops to conquer villages, and therefore get more points, n'est-ce pas?
