No, there were rules broken - no one's denying that - it was more by accident tbh. But those broken had nothing to do with the use of the Jessie Brown account. And Freeze couldn't have been passed a sit, as he was already banned. Ha - I've no intention of going on a burglary spree - my point is it's a situation which can't really be translated into a RL situation - there are nuances galore which cannot be paralleled in a parable as such.

read the part where it says you must play the account to benefit the account and not to basically screw it up, which i think is very key when it comes to the enemy having the sit, which then seriously damages the account against the owners will.

Reaper, you are lacking all the facts. Everything that happened on the Jessie Brown account was done by a co-player. The player who the sit was passed to had no control over what had been done on the account. The rules broken were nothing to do with the actual playing of any of the accounts.
