Well, he might go for a higher farm now and wait for his neighbours to grow to a decent size. He might take a closer look at the points and watch those who haven't slowed down in growth and scout them. He might wait till another .jpg gets an academy and go for a top10 player with 4 nobles (2 from both). He might have bashed a player in his surroundings before his academy was finished and is killing their support at wall level 0 now.
He might be a n00b and run into the closest and highest point village where the support of TBD is gathering. He might noble a farm. He might be looking for an inactive player to noble.
So many possibilities, and thats not even all of them.
