What is support doing to stop the action of players who sell their in-game account to the enemy? Blocking? Deleting the villages they conquered irregularly? Immediate blocking of all involved without a second chance?

By "sell their in-game account", I presume you either mean physically selling their account, or gifting villages.

§6 Account trading
It is not allowed to sell, buy or offer accounts or parts of accounts in exchange for Premium Points or any other outside benefit.

This rule, effectively prohibits the action of trying to sell your account.

As for gifting to the enemy, this is allowed and is an accepted way of playing the game.

But in case I can we can prove that he sold the account?

Can the messages in the external forum itself be used as evidence? Even because the message exchange in the application whatsapp is not proof because it is easy to manipulate.
