Saving as global the entirety of settings

You can currently save your quickbar as global, but you cannot save the entirety of the settings as global, there should be a way for you to do that and make that include the quickbar too, especially for speeds it is very useful as there are some settings that are quite annoying for example having the notifications for building something can hide the server time and so it can make you fail a snipe.
It may not look like a big deal, but it might be if you don't save all of the settings you wish to right in the beginning because then it may be a bit too chaotic for you to do that. Those settings and some other minor things (like for example the number of entries you can have in one page in the reports, or in the farm assistant) would be very useful if was possible to have all set up by clicking in just one button.

I want to point out, for voters, that this is about settings to be found in the "settings tab" and not for example AM templates (that would be duplicate suggestion.
