Scavenging Mechanics

Hey all, my first topic in the forums so if this is in the wrong place I apologise.

My question regards the new scavenging feature.

Have any of our brainy game mechanics mathmeticians yet worked out the equation for how time scales as troops are added to each of the 4 scavenging options? Do all options scale at a rate we can compare to the other options and make into a ratio?

What Im really looking for, is to find a ratio of optimum efficiency. Is there a point at which, lets say level4, becomes less pofitable against time than level3, and can you explaint he maths behind it?
