When one of the dots is clicked, the screen jumps to the top and you lose your spot.
Preconditions:
Have enough villages that the screen can be scrolled.
Steps to reproduce:
1) go to the scavenging overview
2) scroll down
3) click one of the dots
4) observe the screen jump to the top
Click handler probably needs to call Event.preventDefault
