What are the scout settings for this world?

Research system is 3 level system, which means:
Scout level 1 - Troops inside village & resources info
Scout Level 2 - Building info plus info as in scout level 1
Scout Level 3 - Troops outside village info plus scout info as in scout level 2

At least 50% of the scouts returning displays the defending village's resources and troops.
At least 70% of the scouts returning displays building levels as well.
At least 90% of the scouts returning tells you how many troops are outside village.

and ye can scout with just 1 scout (provided the one yer scoutin aint got scouts)
