Any tribe that is worth joining/has members that are good enough to warrant being taught by, is only going to recruit accounts that are in their area as an isolated member is just going to get picked off. Honestly the best way to learn would be to coplay on an account with some players that already know the ways, so you can watch firsthand how things are done... but if you are hellbent on playing your own account, out of all the tribes near you in K35 I would recommend you contact H2O, as there are a few members I recognize in there, who can at least give you some of the basic foundations of TW gameplay.
