Yes it is TTO, but we chose to be tightly clustered because we aim to have K55, and it will aid in having our own defensive and offensive capability, also will make our trading times lower.

The point of being in a tribe is to defend each other/provide support. However, when your tribe/allies are in your area...you can't expand. This is as much a personal game as it is a tribe game.
