server transfer

i am from the norwegian servers from long ago and i can't transfer my norwegian account to the international servers. i have accounts on both servers but can't merge them since i get auto transfered to the international account instead. a friend of mine was capable of transfering but for some reason i can't. is there something i can do about it?
