how is that confusing

Because your supposed to just have your whole family and their whole family on the stats. You've added and taken away different branches from your tribe and used different time periods.

i have INVITE family stats, then i have IB family stats
then i have the SETO stats which is IB and INIVTE together

thats confusing????

Actually we are TWO families linked super tightly together in a TREATY. thats why it is South-Eastern Treaty Organization. Anyways [IB] needs to pull their weight as they are having Heavy losses.

Ah ok, the stats would be easier to view as a whole family though.

For as far i know, and i think many of us think the same, is that SETO is one family.
Invite and IB may be a seperate family, but during this game, both were seen as one, SETO.
If you look at maps, or previous war-declarations, its SETO, not invite and/or [IB].

So you declared as one, then just show the stats as one :)

Last week?

Hey Ali, you forgot to include last week's stats in the SETO wrap-up. I know INVITE has maintained a sustained offensive for more than a week now, so I was wanting to see how that looked alongside the recent IB losses...

You make a good point, but I think it's interesting to show that [IB] is doing significantly worse than INVITE. I like the 3-part stats, but perhaps you should post them in different color text? Just an idea to keep people less confused.

If you guys really found this confusing, IDK wth you're doing here. Go back to pre-k.

The only thing that could've been improved is if he did the SETO thing in 48 hours and then 1 week instead of just doing the 24 hour one.

Be nice.

Which is what I meant. If he wants to split up tribes and families to show different aspects of a war, that's cool. It really is. But he should have kept the stats clear and transparent by sticking to the same time frames for each of the 3 different 'sections'.

Nice stats Ali, good to see we are still sending many :axemen::axemen: at them :)

Would have been nice to see the whole of SETO as 48hrs, but i really dont see how its a problem :icon_confused:

I'll break this down for you guys.

A family tribe is a group of tribes that are under the same leadership.
An alliance is a group of tribes that work together to achieve common goals.

Given the lack of teamwork I've seen from W9 (actually every server, tbh), it's no surprise that a lot of you are so confused.

You treat blue like it's cyan.
You treat cyan like it's purple.
You treat purple like it's red.

Catch all of that? :icon_neutral:

[spoil]Here's a few definitions of an alliance, from dictionary.com:
al·li·ance
–noun
1. the act of allying or state of being allied.
2. a formal agreement or treaty between two or more nations to cooperate for specific purposes.
3. a merging of efforts or interests by persons, families, states, or organizations: an alliance between church and state.
4. the persons or entities so allied.
5. marriage or the relationship created by marriage between the families of the bride and bridegroom.
6. correspondence in basic characteristics; affinity: the alliance between logic and metaphysics.
[/spoil]

Looks like INVITE's not doing too bad atm. But IB's getting thrashed :D

I think the stats are fine, personally. It shows how the 2 different fronts of the war are doing (the western being Invite, and the eastern being [IB]. DNS are winning by a lot on the [IB] front, and Invite is winning, but by relatively less, on their front.
