Actually, we opened on the same day, at the same time. Why would World 24 be YOUNGER than W23? If we were younger, we would be W23, and you would be W24 :|

And @Cursed Sword, you've completely misunderstood what I said. The age of the world doesn't really affect how long a thread lasts for or how many posts it gets.

On average (when I checked before), W24 recieves 60 posts per thread, compared to W23's 50.

/facepalm.

Normal mods cannot give more than a 1 point infract which expires. Any perm. points or infractions more than 1 point (this includes bans) have to be given by an Admin, Senior IG Staff or Elder Mod.
