SINS and MORE? Merge

Id say recruiting/bringing in(or whatever you want to call it lol) a majority of another tribe falls under the category of a "merge"

So in fact id say O.C.S. did "merge" into Evoke.

we brang 13 - 15 out of around 40 members not a majoirty,
and we only obtained again around 10 Huh? members a little more/less i dont keep count.
