So I discovered something today.

When you batter anything in egg and then flower it, it becomes amazing once fried.

Gives it a nice, tastey skin not unlike that on a chicken nugget. Combine this with a fried sauce and you've yourself some mighty fine chicken to be eaten with ketchup or sauced like General Tso's.

Or added to a soup, Or eaten with a soup.

The only thing that brings up is Dirty Dick's Crab House crab soups.
Which sucked.
