Rejected Start Peace Time Randomly On Holidays as well as End

Dear players,

Please be aware that due to an upcoming holiday, peace time will be enacted on this world in the near future.

Starting at Dec 24, 2020 00:00:00, there will be peace for attacks arriving on villages. Instead of attacking, your troops will peacefully visit and then return back home. This applies to both player owned and barbarian villages. The peace time will end at a random time between Dec 26, 2020 23:30:00 and Dec 27, 2020 00:30:00.

Between Dec 24, 2020 18:00:00 and Dec 26, 2020 06:00:00, it will not be possible to send new attacks.

Peace time should start at a random time as well as end at a random time, otherwise tribes can devastate the enemy core right before the start and fully stack it during peace time. This is not part of normal game play.
