Statue or Fast barracks?

Sooner or later you'll have to clear them. So take a few blows in the start and build some axes and clear them? Or you can mine whore which I don't really like. It would mean once the BP is over, you won't have much to defend with in case you get attacked.

I wasn't going to exclusively mine whore, just mostly.

Have been but the barbs are heavy clay/iron and oh ya empty

If they are empty, then why does it matter if they are producing heavy clay and iron?
