how can I use stored rescources for nobles

You go to academy --> produce ---> educate unit.
The stored resources will show up at your academy as say:
100 packets required for next noble.
143 packets stored.
If you have enough stored, you can then educate a noble from any village. You then need to store up again to 101 packets for the next.
