What do i need to upgrade when i have attack village?

Hq to 30 always.
Workshop 15 always.
Market 25 always.

Theres really no need for a 15 Ws...

Theres not a big difference between a lvl 3 and 15, since your rams usually always get done before the lc's/Ma's/axes

And you dont need a lvl 30 Hq, 25 max

and market only have to be 15 or 20

Axe and LC for attacks right?

And yes there is a difference between lvl 3 and lvl 15 (A time save of 0:14:05
per ram), but it isn't needed because as you said Axes take longer than rams, but working on that principle, lvl 1 is enough, using a nuke of 7k axe/3k lc and 300 rams (which is widely used or variants of it are). With lvl 25 barracks/20 stable and 1 workshop you get:

Barracks Total 398:41:12
Stable Total 311:48:17
Workshop Total 251:34:20

I would use a lvl 2 workshop just incase I ever get the urge to get cats.
