Hi!

I have a complain to make.
How long does usually takes for some of the support members to actually answer?

We've been without answer for 4 days straight for a really big issue.

How can you leave people to wait for so long when they actually pay to play this game is beyond me.

Come on guys.
Im just hoping the right member will see this post.

Support tickets are in general answered within 2 hours for an initial reply. For more extensive investigations this can take longer. If you haven't received a reply within 24 hours, feel free to re-raise your issue in the original ticket.

Make sure you're submitting on the correct market. This is Tribal Wars International. It's not the same support system as for example Tribal Wars US or UK. Please doublecheck that.
