Taking over another village

There is a villager that has sent me all his troops and said that I can take over his village.

Can I do this , and how would I do it?

Obviously you cannot take another village. All those guys with several villages are cheatz0rs, you should report them whenever you see them.

If you don't even know how to take over a village, then you can't.

I think he meant something about the village gifting rule.

As long as you don't sit an account to be gifted, it's all ok.

Though, you should use the support system.
