Nope. A co-player is just as responsible for an account as the email address holder. E.g. If a co-player cheats, the email address holder cant say 'oh my account was hacked'.

Nonetheless, it just adds to the never ending litany of bullshit that your tribe, in whatever incarnation, has done throughout the relatively short course of this world. The kicker is explanation? defending all this by posting here, "we simply stated it was not against the rules. We were offered to get them cleared and said yes, that is not illegal." Of course he has LOADS of experience when it comes to breaking or not breaking the rules. Do you guys really want to be #1 that badly?

Please recheck your mails.. We never denied the villages on your acc getting cleared for us, we simply stated it was not against the rules. We were offered to get them cleared and said yes, that is not illegal.

You may argue we exploited a weakness and that was very dirty, but what were we supposed to say? "No we refuse to !! You must fight us! We haz honor and stuff !"

To be honest I just found it funny, and we already had rank 4 when you villages were cleared for us, and we got there by clearing out your so called "teammates" one by one without you doing anything to help them, so who's the more "dirty" player? The one that say yes to getting villages cleared from a seemingly inactive account, or the one that can't even be bothered helping out tribe "mates"..

A coplayer is a coowner.

That means they are all equally responsible for the account.

I mean this is like taking inactive enemy villages. I would rather hit the enemy hard in their weak spot (inactively) than take on the active member as am sure most people do. Ie. pick holes in the weakest member.

Further to clarify, I would point to your further misgvings that we have certain members in top tribes mass ticketing our tribe looking for any excuse to get us banned. For the smallest mistake. To me this is also wrong .
Lastly, I am sure you just had someone banned in infamy lost a few villages. But because it was you guys it was ok :icon_rolleyes: :icon_redface:

Sorry I only got banned once in my entire 5 years of playing and it was an unfair ban. Mods said the player sending me rez during our merge was iligal and he wasnt growing but I proved to the mods he was because he WAS nobling villages and building his villages up.

I already told you I had proof! I can surely post it here for you ALL to see.

He knew for the past few weeks I was moving halfway across the country and wouldn't be on at all til I was settled in. Yesterday I get a phone call from a tribe member telling me my villas were being eaten by you with no odd increase meaning boggy was giving you my villages. So I came on and changed password and see ALL the reports showing that boggy stabbed me in the back and took me for granted.

I have the emails showing you guys discussed it without my persmission and since this is my account I have reported you and I hope you get punished for this.

You have to cheat your way through the rankings and it is sad. Can people not play the game the right way anymore???

Im sure when you sent in the ticket, the mods said the exact same thing huggy did. You trusted your coplayer with your password and a person with a password can make decisions for the account. Unfortunately you are thinking of a sitter's role, a sitter's role can not do what boggy did but a password holder can. A sitter can't gift villages unless specifically asked by a player of the account (a player that has the account's password). But since it was a player of the account and not a sitter, there is not really anything you can do at this point. Only stupid thing i see here is you trusting boggy as a coplayer. Rest just looks like a merge and not cheating. It looks very sketchy what huggy did but I can't say I wouldn't do the same thing if an enemy's co comes to me and gifts me villages while the other co was away. What is in the convo before the list of coordinates?

Regarding ingame rules revolving around passwords.


Once you have given your password to anybody, they become a co-owner of the account, and do what they will with the account. If you make a bad decision in who is to co-play you, this can unfortunately happen. It's a despicable way to play the game, and I can sympathize with your plight as a similar thing happened to a good friend of mine relatively recently. However, your co-owner and Huggy. won't have broken any rules in doing so.

So, it would be wrong in this case to claim that they cheated. You can claim they played dirty, for sure. But anything else would be an incorrect statement based on the information you have provided.
