the family tribe. Is it any good?

I was wondering what you think of the 'family dynamic'. Is it better to have a smaller, possibly lower ranked tribe that will defend you valiantly or a huge tribe that may be highly ranked but no so great on the defensive and protective side? Do you think its better with or without protection from tribe members? What do you think the pros and cons of both of these are?:lol: :icon_biggrin: :lol: :icon_biggrin:
