biggest problem is the same one BMF has always had... too friendly with in there own ranks which breeds lack of cooperation. there hasn't been a single tribal op from BMF in this entire war. small groups of players attack together but usually are taking on players bigger then them, then there is deceits and VLN's activity which has kept pressing all along the boarder. small gains in the north only mask huge losses in the core and south.

I must admit, diplomacy is also playing a key factor. In my opinion, the events surrounding the onset of the war doomed BMF in the south.

diplomacy does always play a factor in war, but it had more to do with VMP1 weak mind and easily convinced he was to fight against BMF, the very tribe he tried to switch back to before leaving.
Ultimately it boils down to caps, no matter of distractions, diplomacy.... ect.... if your tribe won't come together and work on common targets (even when there far away from your own account) you can't win a war. all you can do is have small victories which is what you see in the north some of the better BMF players working together to dent that boarder.
As i said there to my knowledge there hasn't been a single tribe wide op performed by BMF in three months of war. can't win against larger players unless the smaller players are willing to work better together which isn't the case here.
