There is actually, its called sending nukes at random. You see a red dot on your map and think to yourself "gee, I got a couple nukes lying round doing nothing... might as well use them for something". Then you push one of the red dots and send x number of nukes you felt like at the time and maybe even follow up with some nobles if the players TWstats shows no activity for a week or two. If the attacks are successful you gained a "free" village and if they're repelled you don't really care. The nukes were designed to die anyways and nobles can be replaced. Sending blindly is also an option.
