Why does it say

Until 6.6. 2:36, the target can only attack or be attacked, if the relation of points between attacker and defender is no more than 20.

I was farming this guy then one day this showed up why does this happen?

normally happens on folk who have restarted in centre of tribe rather than choose the rim i have had it 3 or 4 times now

You have probably grown since you first started farming this guy which made you more then 20 times bigger than him so you have to wait or loose a village
