This Section... Pointless?

Im left woundering if there is even a remote need for this sub-section. I mean the rules are the same, the title is just different. This section just means we spend more time checking the forums. Whats wrong with keeping threads like 'top 20 tribes' in the normal section. Those threads don't exactly fill up the screen. And if discussion threads ever do become to numerous to keep in the main section. Well then, isn't that a failure of the mods?

So I guess this thread is just asking one question,

Is this sub-section actually needed?
