Rejected Time frame for cancelling attacks

On all .net worlds it seems to be always 10 mins.

Would there be a possibility of changing this setting around sometimes and have a longer cancel period, maybe upto 20 mins?

This actually is already possible, but I don't see the the added value of increasing it even more.
