If you noticed, TPA s numbers have been lowering slightly over the lest few weeks even though we had an unofficial "merge" with dark.
Now we are following the same tactic as REL, because its the only sensible one. We hope to land below 200 one we finally gain utter control of k65 and rid the tribes we are currently having local conflicts with (they know who they are).

also what we did can't be counted as a merge a merge is when both parties get something out of it. We just let DDS members in our tribe and they joined they did not get any barons/dukes privs.

[DT] is fighting the members of The Empire on K25/35 that think they have Diplomatic Immunity (smitty53, (Afterlife), red2red, latnem, etc.), the ones that have proceeded to attack or noble [DT] members.
Also, seeing as some of the members of THE on K25 helped smitty53, the player causing the trouble, they were attacked also.
Currently, the war is completely localised, no doubt it will stay this way.
And, fyi, last time I checked, [DT] was 19th (albeit only 1k above RONIN).
I think the most important thing to note about [DT] vs THE is the defensive kills on smitty53, it shows how [DT] is actively targeting him and not THE as a tribe.

yes, its hardly an achievement from shaker though. its just UBL are having difficulties at the moment.
And the exodus from UBL had nothing to do with Toeless leaving. it is just a coincidence that toeless left the game in the same week that things went a little wrong for the UBL faithful
