iirc, Pushing is actually legal if the other account isn't made & maintained by yourself.
So, No ticket needed. :(

Operating a push account is forbidden. This is defined as regular resource transports from a weaker player to a stronger player.

While it is under the "One account per player" section, the actual rule against push accounts is defined in a way to encompass any and all pushing.

i find that rule silly tbh; smaller account sending resources to a bigger account is forbidden, but a bigger account sending res. to a smaller account is fine..

it not fine if'n both accts belong ta same person/ip/connection
