Depends. Had ??? members not left RAID originally, NOB probably would have declared at one point before the current stage of the game. Likewise, if ??? hadn't also left -V-, RAID very well could be gone right now.
DEVILS ultimately would be unaffected, but I think ???'s leaving RAID actually probably kept the tribe around. It took the heat off RAID's back.

As an old CIALIS member (left a bit before Nickjer did) maybe I can spark this thread a bit by giving a fresh outside view?
Gotta say that I'm suprised to see that the T.D.E family survived to become DEVILS. Never really rated their barb nobling tactics but clearly they had a good few sim city players. Not convinced they would do quite so well in a real war as they seem to have got where they are throw nothing other than growth and merging (please correct me if I'm wrong, I certainly havn't been keeping up with these forums). Having said that NOB!! seem to have more or less done the same thing apart from a few fights followed by an intake of the best players (not actually a criticism - its the way TW is played and I rate NOB!! very highly). That also being said I have had no experience with the ex RX4U and RAID players but have heard nothing but good things.
So who do I bet on? I want to say NOB!! because they probably now own most of my old villagers (and farm the ones they don't) but I'd be more tempted to say DEVILS because they are so compact that the other tribes will get bored before breaking them. That appears to be their strength - persistence. Of course I have no idea what the activity levels of the other tribes are compared to them so this is all conjecture. And I'm sure that it will warrant some flaming. ]
So NOB!! I'm rooting for you, but I've got no idea if you are prepared to put the time and effort in to breaking the DEVILS.

If Nob!! do join the war, its not much of jumoing on the wagon, since war sucks greatly and both sides are years away from victory, attacking one of those would be only chance for war, so it automaticaly looks like jumping on wagon. but , honeslty, i dont see things changing very much even if nob joins. raid will still suck on externals, devils will still send 789789789789 second trains ingame, and nob will still be inactive XD

This is a pretty awful addition to the topic. Seriously? Flaming someone for posting an op-topic opinion?
My thoughts:
1. Devils - Not really expecting much from these guys. Unlikely to win the server I reckon.
2. ~RAID~ - I suspect these will be the eventual server winners.
3. NOB!! - They could affect the gameplay of this world quite dramatically, if they were to sort out those inactives.
I don't think any other top 20 tribe really will come in to play to affect the remainder of this world now.

Im not going against your opinion of them not winning the server but they arent as lifeless as point out so politely:lol:

Honey, I never said they aren't lifeless. I just said I didn't have much expectation of them. If they were lifeless, we would be seeing lots of inactive Devils accounts going grey at the moment.
I am glad you agree that they are unlikely to win the server.

hey mozzi my mate, yeah i was once ally with raid, and i would like to see radi being the way it was back than without players like sticsk making it look bad. and honestly , i dotn see why would unfrendly neibghouring players need luck to beat sticks, they would only need few nukes and nobles as it seems.

It was the other way around really.
Them leaving gave new targets to V while raid support remained in V owned villages....as well as NOBS.
I'm all late to this party.........
If you look at the history of RAID the little tribe that could have always done great things.......
We killed several tribes within hours of each other. We went from war to war. Then we hit pop with a vengeance knowing V was coming for us as well. Turned around and hit V hard because they didn't want to release the POP refugees, then they merged.
We faced off against The omen, and then V again. All this took place while every other tribe rolled over to these larger tribes. We've never fought a one front war......ever. We've never shy-ed away from a fight either.
Although better know for the lack luster war with V that was out shined by RX4U, a couple of spats and a very public divorce from long time allies in Nob and Lumo and Vel getting the satisfaction of deleting or getting each other banned hours before our long ranged nukes and nobles landed. Quite a cleaver way to save their stats really cleaver.
Now this Devils waaaar that isn't really a war but more like the Grumpy old troll stopping the devils from crossing into their promised lands.
The fact is that no matter what the circumstances that affects us......RAID has heart and is here to fight till the end. Win or loose.........(loosing is not an option)
