If you wanted to find out if T:V had a training tribe, you would have asked, "Does T:V have a training tribe? If yes, what is it called?" My guess is that you are trying to make some sort of point...

The point of a training tribe on world 1 is...........the server has been closed for a month so odviously everyone must be trained in some way on this game.

Besides, we mostly accepting the elite people, who knows how to play pretty well. They dont need any further training.

T:V never had a training tribe. Only a sister tribe.
T:V2 merged into T:V because we were finally below the tribe cap of 500 people. Well atleast i think so, was away when it happened.

T:V has never had a training tribe. If you are refering to T:V2, that was not a sister tribe. It was a way of getting around the admin bias from early in the world. The arbitrary tribe size cap forced T:V to start up an overflow tribe, T:V2. The merger was simply made for book keeping purposes since we had less than 500 players.

Yes. The tag is ROW. Look carefully and you'll find it. It's not like conventional training tribes, in which the best players are plucked and thrust into the main tribe. It's rather different.
T:V pick the best villages from ROW (Rest of World, for those of you with slower minds) and recruit them into our ranks. You'll see it has been very effective, especially recently.
