it would be nice to have 3 more Ranks to choose from in privs
instead of just having "baron" (baron remains)
I suggest:
Tribe Privs should be independent from one another so a baron (or equivalent)
doesnt get all the privs leading upto that rank
these new ranks including duke and baron should be able to
hover over the status of members (if dot is yellow/red)
and check how many hours since the account was last logged into (on that world)
instead of just having "baron" (baron remains)

War Commander - For Council members that run Offensive Ops
Defence Coordinator - For Council members that organise support
Resource Manager - For those members that help out other members
Defence Coordinator - For Council members that organise support
