tribe internal money

We can have money in our tribe.(Not real money)
Every tribe has it's own money.
And if you post in the tribal forum that you can earn some money.(payment for a writer's work)
I think that will make members become active.:icon_idea:

Basically its an incentive system for tribe members to be active.. Posting isnt a good indicator of activity and such a system as described above would only encourage spam and 'postings ending in lol'.
I think money is a bad idea as it indicates the possibility of being spent. Points (not village points) would be better and they were used for internal ranking.
