Delik/Del!k..........they are certainly a tribe to watch for stupidity. They decided to launch on their neighbours without a declaration (thats fine)
They had the diplomacy option of working different zones together, but they chose to attack instead.

So far, they are losing.

So yes, they qualify as a tribe to watch out for...if only to watch their demise.
