So you used 100 nukes on one village and didn't even take it? Who wasted what here?

yes when your argument holds no water then we are complaining of course! :)

You tell me how when some of your players are desperately in need of defense (hellkiller) it is a viable option to waste hundreds of thousands of troops on a single village.

Talking to you is like talking in circles. What a waste of time, if only you could comprehend what people are saying.

Did you realise that I was not referring to you? You simply acknowledged you were a crier. (well done)

Wow that looks like an incredibly even-sided war. Including tribe-leavers, the winning side is still only up ~700,000 over an entire month. It's an edge, sure, but not a big one.

Will be interesting to watch how this all shakes down.

Meh depends how you look at it. As an outsider looking in, you are at a disadvantage as to seeing the truth behind the stats. We took an additional 700k from an ex-twist member (someone I did not include in the stats since they left over 1 month ago). I look at war at a territorial stance. As Open Mind posted two pages back;

[spoil]
We are conquered?!?!?!?!:icon_rolleyes:
Let see some data.:icon_wink:

At the begining of this war:

1. TSL 219.910.898 326.266.128 95 3.434.380 33777
2. Twist! 205.534.818 295.351.601 92 3.210.343 30138

At this moment:

1. TSL 267.090.308 375.165.136 84 4.466.252 38788
2. Twist! 220.659.992 295.908.930 83 3.565.168 30255

So...From the begining of this war, TSL had grown 5011:icon_eek: villages and Twist! had grown 117:lol: villages. 5011-117 nice score indeed.:icon_biggrin:

so...smintie...think better:icon_wink:
[/spoil]

They have gained almost no ground since the war has started, compared to us having gained nearly 50million points (just in the top 40 players) and huge breakthroughs in previously Twist! dominated K's. This has been their first breakthrough (Jhimbog) since the beginning of the war, and it's taken the entire 3 months to finally get some villas off him. 250m ODD later :icon_rolleyes: Not only that, but it was simply ~100 some-odd villas inside their territory. Which to me, means very little.

oh there is a difference in our approaches that allows for this to happen

we are a basically a democracy whereas you are a dictatorship

and quite a heavy handed dicatorship from what i've been hearing these last few days

did you know that no dicatorship has ever succeeded?

You cannot compare the game's politics to real life politics! That is fact! Why?

In real life, wars are avoided as much as possible, but when wars are fought, politicians do not lead, there is a general that sends orders down the line and there is a hierarchic structure in place. People do what they are told or are imprisoned! In short, all war is lead by 'dictators' being war generals... I don't think there has ever been a war without this 'dictatorship' approach.

You may argue that more ideas are generated in a more democratic fashion, but do you think there is noone that converses with open mind about strategy? He has a council and makes decisions based on his understanding of the situation, taking into account their viewpoints. In this way the most convincing argument influences his decision, which is more effective than a democratic approach because there is always a clear understanding of where the tribe is going and never any argument by anyone. Democracy is good in that it generates discussions, but discussions turn to arguments which turn to fallouts. All those disagreeing with decisions become isolated and fallouts occur pretty regularly. If you want proof, look at Twist's Tribe changes page in Tw stats (aka Twist trainstation schedule) :p lol... Every TSL members knows what's expected of them and no TSL member leaves by choice ;)
