I don't know if this has been suggested (I did a search but couldn't find anything) and I've recently come back from a many year break so might be out the loop but has it been considered to make a tw mobile only world?
Not everyone has access to a computer every day but a large percentage of the world uses a cell phone for multiple hours a day. On a normal world, only logging in from your phone causes problems, lots of things are harder and the desktop players have an advantage. A tw mobile only world would remove that 'advantage' and possibly bring in new players.
Just an idea I've had because I use my phone a lot.
