you dont own the K =P you havent got a 51% share in it yet (youre at 28.02%) so, just like a business, you can be beaten 
theres actually only Eurorudy that can claim to "own" his K as he has a 50.82% share, meaning for someone to overtake him they must take over him.
but having said all that.... K41 is MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
