why do these updates always happen while your under attack??
instead of when nothing happening??

I don't think that is programmed to happen always when you are under attack.

It is just programmed to happen probably ... and it happens that someone is under attack, as it happens that someone else is attacking/sniping or whatever.

I don't think they can chose a time actually when there is no attack or when none is under attack. There will always be someone attacking and someone else under attack, even if it's not you.

So can the game update process be improved?
Probably yes.

How?
- Probably by publishing a forum thread for each update?
- Probably by sending an ingame mail notifying about the game update
- etc

Is it worth it?
Probably no. If the update takes max 10-30-60 seconds (as it usually does) probability it affects you is still small (1 day = 86400 seconds).
