where's all the pretty colors? the Amethyst, the Baby blue, the Brilliant rose... make it look "cute" :p

So what you still added your touch to it and for most of us that makes it easier to see everything as well.

I think it looks like you added mountain terrain to it :)

Nice map Syruss.

A drop shadow instead of an inner shadow would perhaps have looked nicer, as well as changing the colour of un-highlighted villages.
Erasing twstats.com at the top would also be an improvement, albeit a rather small one. :p
