As Legion is Galactus and IFY is Norrin Radd 'The Silver Surfer'.
As Galactus only get's destroyed when Norrin Radd goes to Earth and meets the Fantastic 4, then betray's Galactus and destroy's him from within.
As this is W33.
As the TW team will hopefully never call a world that we play on EARTH, and if they do we'll just not play it.
So Norrin Radd(IFY) will never go to Earth.
Therefor Galactus(Legion) will keep on devouring worlds, and never fail, so no chance in trying
