Currently the "Incoming Support" table will only update for the active Rally Point i.e. "what is displayed in this table is basically what it says, Incoming support in the specific rally point you are currently in".
What this means, if you go to the map, then go to the village information and then mass support, the "Incoming Support" visible will show the results of the rally point you're currently in, rather than show the results of what you've just sent.
If you want to see the support you in this case sent, you have to go to the village overview for that village and what you can see may be restricted depending on how the command sharing is set up.

In short, this will be a massive QoL improvement for all especially those on mobile.
