I think you should make sure each person can only respond to the poll once, somehow I doubt 92 different individuals answered the poll.

I was thinking the same thing, Leg.
One of the nice things about the tribal forums in game is that polls only allow each person to respond just once.

I don't exactly know how to do that, though I can go through and see if an IPs was used more than once. Short of that, I can't do much :icon_sad:.

all I can think of is you could ask a mod to let you make a tw forums poll, and make it so that each account can vote once only, but that would involve a mod :lol:

Not only would it involve a mod, but I haven't seen any polls that would actually allow for more than one question. If I'm right about that, you'd need around 10 poll topics at least. Not practical :icon_sad:.

In terms of unique votes, I think voting on these forums would be the most secure solution. That said, getting a mod involved could be problematic.

Name and shame please!!! But for questions like no.8 (Who in the ranks 11-20 will be in the top 10 next month) i put Dust even though im in Dust, because i think thats what will happen, and weve already discussed will happen.

Still if they really wanted to skew the results they would use proxys. I'm sure there is more that 92 people who play on world 16. most of them probably just lurk around here from time to time

I personally don't think 92 is an unreasonable number, to be honest. It's similar to last time (102).
Compared to the people who post regularly it's a bit big, but there must be many players who read the forums but rarely if ever post. I can imagine them participating in something like this though.

Im now 99% sure that Dust will be 8th in a month. ~PnX~ will fall, we will get ahead of *MK* by just nobling quicker and getting points and AD Inf are now only 300k points ahead of us in the top 40 players.

You're off by an order of magnitude. Ad Inf is 3 million points ahead of you in the top 40 as well as the fact their average points is double yours.
