Based on the recent survey regarding how this world will end, an end date has been set for:

en16: Ending October 25th

On this date the world will be closed to logins and the winning tribe formally announced on the Tribal Wars home page. It will not be possible to login to the world again, so any mails, tribe forum posts and so on that you wish to save will need to be copied manually before that date.

Any end game settings (such as reduced noble costs, removal of morale and disabling of restarts) that had not already been implemented on this world have now been set.

The Final Hour

Comparing W21 to the length of a day, if 12:00 AM is June 23rd, 2008 and 11:59 PM is October 25th, 2011 (1,219 days in length), then the time for today, September 3rd, 2011, (1,176 days since the beginning) is 10:58:57 PM!!! We have just 1 hour left, but just putting W21's progression in terms of a single day opens up a whole new perspective to how long we have truly spent playing this world and it's age.

Equation: 1,176 days/1,219 days = 0.95734208 x 24 hrs. = 22.976 hrs. ie: 10:58:57 (.976 hours = 58 minutes and 57 seconds)

So metaphorically speaking, the world's sun has already set, but I still like to think in terms of my "sun persona". So here's a nice setting sun over our world, symbolizing not only my end, but our beloved world's final hour:

3. What do I plan on doing? I plan on surviving Jackcrop's raids and actually being active for the next month.

I don't care how little you think of me, I've had my own stories on this game just as many have. You can ask Cob if he ever comes back again, but I had good times with the other people of my tribes when it was F-6 and Sw1ft. I've never been active on the forums, but I've had moments playing the game, and I don't plan on standing in the back of the crowd while the world ends.
